Born and raised in amsterdam!
At a young age I was already attracted to drawing, I preferred this over dealing with math or biology subjects. I was visually inclined and that still gets my preference till this day, not so long ago when I was a student I started sketching my notes of lectures instead of writing them out. It helped me to keep it in mind better and still make sense when looking back at them today.
Immediately after primary school I went to the MediaCollege where I started drawing more and learned to work with Adobe programs. I liked this and therefore went to follow the DTP study afterwards, I still felt like I wanted to expand my knowledge and started doing Graphic Design via an accelerated trajectory in the same school and the final station was CMD. During the CMD course I followed the path of UI/UX design because making beautiful creations is not everything, it has to be functional and user-friendly so that it actually helps the user. Research is an important link here because by collecting insights it is possible to create a product in a logical way that the target audience can work with. It's a way to justify every decision made when designing the end product and make sure it’s useful.
As a person I'm a young man who spend his spare time by doing things that make me happy such as traveling. I like to spend time with friends and do things together like having food, watch football and go places. On a rainy Sunday I can play games for hours whilst watching a couple of football matches on the side. As a person born and raised in Amsterdam my love goes out to AJAX. I can also appreciate architecture and when i'm in another country I always pay attention to this, places like Cannes and Monte Carlo make me feel in my element because it all comes together here. The architecture, designer shops and exclusive cars, put me in a chair under a palmtree during summer in Cannes and I'm a happy man. On the other hand I became in love with Thailand, it’s a nice country with great food, culture and people.
